Williams Cleaning Systems offers a scheduled maintenance program to keep your equipment running at factory specs.

If you are contemplating wheather or not to get our scheduled maintenance program, consider the following:

Safety:
Each pressure washer is designed to run at a specific PSI. Variation in pressure may result catastrophic failure and may cause harm to your employees. All points of failure will be tested and action will be taken to reset the machine to original factory standards.

All burner sysmtems are inspected for improper burning of fuel and adjustments are made to eliminate unsafe smoke, fumes or fuel leaks ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Our pressure washer service techs are factory trained to indetify potential safety hazards and fix them.

Efficiency:
Inefficient combustion of the burner can result in increased fuel consumption and loss of temperature. Your pressure washer operator will need to run the machine longer to maintain the performace level required, resulting in exccessive fuel and chemical consumption.

Electrical components should be tested and maintained to eliminate any failures.

Pressure and flow should be maintained to factory specs.

Our 24-Point Tune-Up checks the following:

  1. Power Supply and Electrical Components
  2. Water Connections
  3. Pumping System
  4. Electric Motor / Gas Engine
  5. Heating/Burner Module
  6. Hoses, guns and wands
  7. Detergent feed

Your pressure washer components will be changed, tuned or rebuilt as required by factory specifications. Maintaining your pressure washer to factory specs keeps your machine running without down time that will cause you to slow down your production, causing you costly delays.
