If you would like a SHIPPING QUOTE prior to ordering,
  • Email  the list of items for shipment. Part Numbers MUST be provided.
  • Insert "RATE QUOTE" in the ATTENTION LINE for EXPEDITED SERVICE.
  • Include “Ship To” address information.
  • Domestic Only- UPS Ground - SEE MAP FOR TRANSIT TIMES
Second & Next Day Air available, MUST BE indicated when Order is placed. Please email destination information for rate quote.
For UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Cut-Off Time for Shipping is 1:00pm PST.
If order received after 1:00pm, it will be shipped the next day.
Example: If we ship a package to Zone 2 on Monday; it should arrive on Wednesday. This is 2 business days from the date your order was placed.
You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
All orders over $100 (not including freight) are sent signature required.

  • Email  the list of machine(s) for shipment. Machine Model number, City, and Zip Code MUST be provided.
  • Insert "FREIGHT QUOTE" in the ATTENTION LINE for EXPEDITED SERVICE
  • Domestic Only – Freight Truck

IN STOCK Status – ADD 3-5 days to above Transit Times, due to machines shipped by FREIGHT TRUCK

Due to IN STOCK status, some machines will not be available for immediate shipment. Depending on the machine, it will need to be build. Completion of unit may require up to 2 weeks before it is shipped to the customer.

 

Returns & Replacements

Return Item Procedures: APPLIES ONLY to PARTS & ACCESSORIES

  1. "BEFORE" ANY ITEM can be returned, you MUST CALL Williams Cleaning Systems for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION "RGA" number. All others will be refused and returned to the sender.
  2. "BEFORE" you return any item, it should be boxed in the Original box or you must carefully pack the returned merchandise in a box that will not be damaged in freight.
  3. 3. Your "RGA" NUMBER MUST be on the outside of your package or it will be REFUSED. DO NOT send your ORIGINAL INVOICE back to us. Please make a copy and send it with your package.
    • a. Your package MUST include a daytime phone number. Phone calls to you will be made between 8-4:30 Pacific Time.
  4. 4. To receive any credit you MUST RETURN your items PREPAID within 30 days after you receive them. Every item ordered by Customer ERROR is subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days.
    • a. Any opened packing, valves, pistons, or installed parts are not available for credit.
    • b. Any items shipped DEFECTIVE, MUST BE PREPAID ground UPS to us. We will credit your parts and freight (if any) once they are received and inspected by the manufacturer.
    • c. Parts shipped in ERROR by us will be replaced, PREPAID ground UPS to you.
  5. Refunds on Returns are handled within 30 business days after your merchandise arrives at Williams Cleaning Systems, unless there is a warranty claim involved. Warranty claim may take up to 120 days.
  6. Returns and exchanges are to be made within 30 days from date on invoice, no exceptions.
