Steve Williams, owner of Williams Cleaning Systems, has been a resident of Kern County for 47 years. Steve prides himself on his outstanding customer service and his willingness to go that extra mile to meet the needs of each of his clients.

Noe Castillo / Sales

Noe is the Sales Manager for Williams Cleaning, Inc. Noe is an entrepreneurial, and a self directed business professional comes with more than 15 years of experience, running, growing and developing private businesses.

Noe was Regional Vice President of Sales for a Fortune 500 Company and successfully managed and mentored more than 35 sales agents.

Noe is familiar with all aspects of sales and marketing, has strong product knowledge, and above average interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Noe is also a professional auctioneer, and over the years he has volunteered his time and auction skills and has helped charities by raising funds. Some local charities include; CASA, The Gleaners and some local schools. Noe loves the outdoors and has a passion for horses, he also enjoys team roping and has competed in the past. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and children!
